Short Description:

FX-08 development license for industrial use.It is made as a cross-linked component for use with a resin base.

1. Can be used in the baking and curing process of all polyurethane and acrylic dispersion products, usually improving their chemical and physical resistance

2. After curing into a film, its washing resistance can be fully improved

3.FX-08 will not change the original appearance characteristics of the fabric and will not cause it to turn yellow

4. Does not contain PFC, PFOA, PFOS, APEO or organotin

Reference Dosage：

Polyester fabric:
10-40 g/l fluorocarbon resin, 2-5 g/l FX-0, immersion rolling, liquid content 50-70%, baked at 170 ℃~180 ℃ for 30-60 seconds
Polyester/cotton or 100% cotton:
30-50 g/l fluorocarbon resin, 5-10 g/l FX-08, immersion rolling, liquid content 50-70% 170, baked at ℃~180 ℃ for 40-90 seconds

Precautions：

Packaging and storage
Packaging: 25KG plastic drum, 60KG plastic drum

Storage: Indoor 5-30℃, avoid freezing, heat and foreign substances

Shelf life: 6 months from the production date of the product, provided the product fully complies with the requirements in the “Storage” clause above and is handled properly. Products older than 6 months must be tested before use to confirm whether they still meet the set values of the characteristic values.
