Product process：

soak

Soak the substrate to be processed completely in the liquid of SH-H05 and remove it after 0.5-3 minutes

Spray 
Spray SH-H05 evenly onto the surface of the substrate to be treated using a spray gun

roller coating

Rolling SH-H05 onto the surface of the substrate to be treated using rolling equipment

Drying treatment:

After processing the substrate using the above methods, dry it at 50 ℃~60 ℃. Time can be determined based on the substrate Choose different times, usually 1-3 minutes.

Product advantages:：

1.Compared to C8 and C6 products, with the same performance, SH-H05 uses about 10% -20% less than C8 and C6 products, and reduces the loss of membrane permeability while maintaining the original performance of PTFE membrane as much as possible.
2. Perfluorinated fluorinated polymers that do not require shaping, with a fluorine content of around 70%, have excellent waterproof, oil resistant, and chemical resistant properties, which can significantly improve the oil resistance of PTFE membranes and have good product stability
3. Non C8 and C6 products have good environmental friendliness and are not subject to environmental regulations.
4.SH-H05 uses fluorinated solvents, which have good wetting properties for PTFE and can significantly improve coating efficiency, thereby reducing production costs.
